Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and counsel on complex legal issues related to company operations.
- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
Requirements
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.
- At least 7 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in corporate law, preferably in the energy sector.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
Skills
- Knowledge of energy industry laws and regulations.
- Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$150,000 - $200,000 annually.
