Senior Counsel, 3rd Party Liability Docket, 401K + 4% Match, Excellent Bonus, Hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload independently
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal strategy
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients and carriers
- Prepare cases for trial as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of civil defense litigation experience
- Experience handling third-party insurance defense matters
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing files independently in a fast-paced environment
- Deposition and motion practice experience required
- Trial experience or interest in trial work is a plus
