Senior Counsel - AI & Technology

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery within a regulated financial services environment. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise teams on legal issues related to AI and emerging technologies
• Monitor and analyze AI regulatory developments
• Provide legal guidance on technology issues, including digital platform accessibility
• Lead AI governance and compliance efforts
• Counsel on contractor technology access and sanctions-related matters

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
• 15+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong knowledge of AI and emerging technology legal issues
• Significant experience with complex legal practices and project management
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams

Pay

$149,000 – $279,000 annually
