About us
We are a specialty tax services firm that partners with CPA firms and businesses to navigate complex tax incentive programs. Our primary focus is helping clients identify, document, and claim valuable tax credits and incentives, such as the Research & Development (R&D) Tax Credit, cost segregation, and energy efficiency tax deductions like the 179D and 45L credits. These incentives help businesses enhance cash flow and reinvest in growth by recovering expenses associated with innovation, construction, and sustainable practices.
Our team comprises experts in tax law, engineering, and accounting, ensuring each client receives comprehensive support tailored to their unique industry and needs. Our approach emphasizes thorough analysis, precise documentation, and compliance with IRS regulations, minimizing risk and maximizing benefits for clients.
Beyond tax credits, we support continuous client education and awareness, helping businesses stay informed about updates in tax legislation that may impact their ability to claim incentives. Our dedication to client service is marked by a collaborative process that integrates seamlessly with CPA firms, ensuring both small and large organizations can fully benefit from tax savings opportunities.
