Responsibilities
- Manage effective cost planning, procurement, and delivery of cost management services that support strategic outcomes for clients.
- Ensure ethical, commercially sound operations while advancing carbon-reduction and responsible business practices.
- Inspire high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in cost management delivery.
- Manage feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract documentation to ensure robust, compliant project foundations.
- Deliver accurate estimating, cost planning, valuation, and reporting to maintain strong commercial control and client confidence.
- Manage contract administration, assess change, claims, and final accounts to safeguard project outcomes.
- Inspire and develop teams, drive continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and net-zero-aligned delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in quantity surveying/cost management with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Professional MRICS/RICS membership (or equivalent) with ongoing professional development.
- Knowledge of value engineering, lifecycle costing, contract law, and sustainability principles.
- Experience leading project workstreams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
