Senior Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager (Hybrid)

UMB’s Corporate Trust and Escrow Services is a nationally recognized and ranked provider of bond trustee and agency services to the corporate and municipal marketplaces. Our trust services reach beyond traditional offerings to servicing ABS, aviation, reinsurance, and funeral trusts, while our agency business provides solutions for escrow and other transactional needs. The Senior Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager supports the Corporate Trust team by partnering with Relationship Managers and working with clients to deliver exceptional customer experience.
This role is responsible for administrative support to existing corporate trust clients, responding to client inquiries, and providing overall assistance to the Relationship Management team. Responsibilities include compiling performance data, record keeping, coordinating activities with operations staff, working with custodian banks and client staff, and resolving administrative and operations problems. The role offers opportunities to expand client contact, take on more complex tasks, and participate in cross-training to learn other Corporate Trust functions.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide administrative support to Corporate Trust clients.
- Use Microsoft products and UMB systems to maintain records and execute client requests with a high attention to detail.
- Interact with client teams and internal groups to identify and provide solutions.
- Compile performance data and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate activities with operations staff and work with custodian banks and client staff.
- Resolve administrative and operational problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five (5)+ years of related work experience.
Pay
Compensation Range: $59,085 - $86,922. The posted range represents UMB’s good faith and reasonable estimate based on its budget and expectations for the starting pay for this role. Actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
