Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager

About the role

The Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager role supports our Corporate Trust team by partnering with Relationship Managers and working with clients to deliver the unparalleled customer experience. This role is responsible for administrative support to existing corporate trust clients, responding to client inquiries, and providing overall assistance to the Relationship Management team including; compiling performance data, record keeping, coordinating activities with operations staff, working with custodian banks and client staff, and resolving administrative and operations problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide administrative support to Corporate Trust clients.
• Use Microsoft products and UMB systems to maintain records and execute client requests with a high attention to detail.
• Use communication skills to interact with client teams and internal groups to identify and provide solutions.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• An interest in a career in finance.

Qualifications

• Ability to expand in client contact and the complexity of tasks.
• Participation in cross training to learn other Corporate Trust roles.

Pay

• Ranges from $38,910 - $56,990 for US Employees in all other states not listed above.
