About the role
The Deputy General Counsel will provide legal support to the construction division, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role will also handle contract negotiations, litigation management, and regulatory affairs.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft contracts related to construction projects.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory matters affecting the construction industry.
- Manage litigation involving construction disputes.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in construction law.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with contract review and drafting.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills

Pay
$120,000 - $150,000 annually.
