Senior Corporate Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and commercial counsel for specific line of business and senior management
• Conduct research and interpret laws and regulations for compliance
• Identify and assess risks, determining appropriate actions for business areas
• Serve as primary legal support and main point of contact for business partners
• Maintain relationships with outside counsel and provide partnership recommendations
• Advises on daily commercial legal matters and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree and current State Bar License required
• 7+ years of in-house or law firm experience in health care or specialized areas such as procurement or regulatory
• Demonstrated success in relevant practice areas and experience managing teams or projects
• Excellent organization, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills with proactive collaboration proficiency
• Decision-making capability with balanced consideration of business issues
• Discretion and independent judgment in performance of duties

Pay

$105,000 – $165,375 annually
