Senior Corporate Compliance Coordinator Risk Navigation and Advisory Services
About the role
The Senior Corporate Compliance Coordinator supports the broader Risk Navigation and Advisory Services team within the Corporate Compliance department. They provide day-to-day operational and administrative support, and contribute to project-based compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the maintenance and administration of compliance documentation, records, and tracking systems.
- Aiding in proofreading, quality review, and maintenance of guidance documents, standard operating procedures, communications, and other formal documents.
- Crafting high-quality presentations, communications, and visual materials using relevant Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools to support compliance training, leadership updates, and client communications.
- Performing data analysis and maintaining compliance metrics using Microsoft Excel or other internal platforms to inform and support communications, training, and monitoring.
- Serving as a key member in planning and executing compliance-related events, including live training and National Meetings.
- Responding to routine internal inquiries related to compliance policies and raising issues as appropriate.
- Assisting in special projects assigned by management in support of Corporate Compliance objectives.
- Supporting the research and evaluation of approved AI and automation tools to improve compliance workflows, efficiencies, documentation, and analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, life sciences, or communications preferred.
- 02 years of relevant professional experience; prior internship or coursework in compliance, legal, regulatory, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Word (templates, formatting), Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint (design, presentation development).
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable platforms) and an eagerness to explore new AI applications in a business setting.

Pay
Salary Range (hourly): $30.24 - $47.36
