About the role
The Senior Compliance Advisor will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves conducting compliance audits, developing compliance programs, and providing guidance on regulatory issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough compliance audits across various departments to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement compliance programs that address regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on regulatory issues and compliance procedures.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that the organization stays compliant with evolving laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a financial services or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to analyze complex regulatory documents and develop effective compliance strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant compliance standards and regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
- Experience with regulatory reporting systems and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay
