Senior Corporate Communications Manager (Hybrid San Jose California)

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Manager (hybrid San Jose, California) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. Remote US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

About the Role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the President of Products and Technology to craft strategic communications
• Coordinate messaging with the Chief of Staff for consistency across initiatives
• Manage a regular communications schedule to ensure clarity and engagement
• Produce multi-channel content including emails, newsletters, and presentations
• Adopt a comprehensive approach to change management communications planning
• Work with HR to communicate large-scale organizational changes
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance communication strategies and foster employee understanding

Qualifications

• 7+ years of communications experience, particularly in tech
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing is preferred
• Strong writing and research skills are essential
• Demonstrated experience in change management communications tailored for diverse audiences
• Familiar with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other internal communication platforms
• Proficient in visual design principles
• Executive presence with the ability to coach leaders on messaging effectiveness

Pay

$181,800 – $337,500 annually
