Senior Copywriter, Performance Creative - Temporary

This is a temporary, US-based, W2 hourly role on our Performance Creative team. Eastern Timezone preferred.

About the role

You will create conceptual yet performance-driven copy for paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying client branding requirements. You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategic frameworks that bring art and messaging to life for specific audiences across channels. You will partner with internal teams to craft concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals, applying audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices. You will stay current with trends and technologies such as DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, and Modular Content Systems, and present work both internally and to clients while building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems)
• Present work internally and to clients, building client relationships

Requirements

• 3+ years of copywriting experience in creative advertising and performance creative
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience writing for Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, Social, and Digital Experiences including video
• Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods
• Brand development experience
• Must be US-based

Pay

Hourly pay range: $53.74 – $87.50. Rate is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Schedule

Temporary role from ASAP to August 31, 2025 (possibility to extend). Full-time hours.
