Senior Copywriter B2B Tech - Remote Work

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Copywriter B2B Tech to join our dynamic team at BairesDev. This role is part of our Lead Gen Initiative, where you will lead our copywriting function and partner with various teams to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering to ensure copy quality and consistency across all customer-facing assets.
• Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems including custom GPTs, agents, n8n workflows, and prompt libraries to scale output.
• Lead, coordinate, mentor, and develop the copywriting team, running 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Define copy strategy, brand voice, style guides, and copywriting frameworks while proposing improvements across owned channels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar fast-paced industries.
• Proven track record leading AI adoption and AI-powered workflows in a copywriting or marketing context.
• Experience working for North American-based tech companies, in-house or agency.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Conversion and direct-response copywriting expertise across email, landing pages, ads, and web, including A/B testing and Voice-of-Customer (VoC) research.
