Responsibilities
- Develop a variety of pharmaceutical marketing, training, and corporate communication materials and programs, including product launch planning and asset creation, journal and banner ads, print and digital brochures/fact sheets, e-mails, video storyboards, web copy, and social media ads.
- Give, receive, and implement feedback from Supervisor and other departments and clients.
- Attend client meetings and off-site workshops as needed.
- Communicate with Supervisor and team members about deadlines, ideas, and questions about projects or processes.
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Maintain up-to-date files on the Company’s internal file-sharing system.
- Develop resources to assist the Writing and Account teams in maintaining up-to-date information about product claims, language changes, references, trademarks, etc.
- Recognize problems with process or quality of jobs and provide solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-4 years of healthcare advertising copywriting experience.
- Copywriter portfolio or "spec" portfolio demonstrating strong creative abilities.
- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge, background, and/or interest in science and medicine.
Pay
$70,000 - $99,500
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. The objective is to increase this requirement over time, with many agencies and Omnicom’s corporate group already requiring five days of in-office attendance.
