Senior Copywriter

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Copywriter with a strong background in performance marketing and digital brand building. In this role, you will hold true creative ownership over monthly creative engines across key accounts - translating data insights into high-converting, channel-native content while shaping campaign platforms alongside senior creative leadership. What You’ll Own Monthly Creative Engine: Own always-on performance copy across key accounts, driving content from initial concept to final polish. Multi-Format Execution: Write channel-native copy across paid social (video scripts, static, carousel), digital display, landing pages, and related digital formats. Messaging Systems & Testing: Build messaging systems and testing variations across audiences, benefits, offers, and funnel stages. Data-Informed Creative Iteration: Use performance results and creative learnings to continuously refine, iterate, and improve subsequent creative cycles. End-to-End Delivery Management: Independently manage recurring content calendars, client/internal feedback, copy versioning, and deadlines. Conceptual & Campaign Leadership: Originate, develop, and lead concepts and campaigns when appropriate; partner with senior creative leadership on larger integrated campaigns, translating platforms into strong executions. Creative Advocacy: Present and defend creative thinking internally and with clients. What We’re Looking For 6–8+ years of agency or similarly fast-paced brand/performance experience. Performance-Driven Portfolio: A portfolio with substantial paid-social and performance advertising - not only brand work. Program Ownership: Evidence of personally owning a recurring, high-volume content program. Conceptual & Writing Mastery: Strong conceptual thinking and excellent short-form writing craft. Analytical Mindset: Ability to connect performance insights to creative iteration. Autonomous Execution: Highly organized and able to operate independently.
