senior coordinator, Events and Partnerships - Global Channel Development
About the role
The Senior Coordinator, Events and Partnerships plays a crucial role in supporting the Global Channel Development team. This position focuses on coordinating events and engagements, managing event logistics, and partnering with vendors to ensure successful event execution.
Responsibilities
- Cooking and supporting the Global Channel Development team in amplifying the coffeehouse experience in 87 global markets through At-Home Coffee, Ready-to-Drink, and Foodservice businesses.
- Coordinating internal and external events, meetings, forums, and partner engagements from planning through execution.
- Managing event logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, catering, travel coordination, registration, materials preparation, and on-site support.
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars for key team activities involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Tracking event budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expenses to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintaining organized records, event documentation, and team resources.
- Supporting team communications, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives across a global organization.
- Assisting with special projects and operational activities that support Global Channel Development priorities.
Requirements
- Knowledge and basic use of project management practices and tools.
- 1 or more year(s) of experience in a role performing administrative assistant or event coordinator job functions.
- 1 or more years of experience in a role managing calendars and email in Microsoft Outlook.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. For additional information, refer to the Starbucks Coffee Company benefits page.
Schedule
At Starbucks, employees are onsite four days a week. For roles below director, you will accrue up to 120 hours of vacation annually, and for roles at director or above, you will accrue up to 200 hours annually. The actual base pay offered will be based on these factors and other considerations.
