About the Opportunity:The SENIOR CONVERSION ANALYST is responsible for designing, building, testing, delivering, and maintaining data conversion processes that ensure accurate transformation of diverse data sets into the organization's policy management system. This role contributes by ensuring data integrity and usability, enabling effective policy management and decision-making. The position involves collaboration with technical and business teams to address data anomalies and validate data conversions, making it critical for maintaining data quality and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:Design and build conversion jobs to cleanse and transform data from various sources into the policy management systemAccess, extract, and merge data from multiple data sources, formats, platforms, and systemsApply data scrubbing techniques including parsing, transformation, duplicate elimination, and statistical modelingCollaborate with business subject matter experts to develop conversion logic addressing data anomaliesAuthor and maintain documentation on data mapping and cleansing processesVerify and document the accuracy and validation of data conversionsPresent conversion and validation results in meetings with client teams Requirements:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldAt least 12 months of experience in the role offered or a related analyst occupationExperience in gathering and documenting requirements, including mapping documents, process flows, test cases, and business requirement documentsProficiency in building code for data cleansing, transformation, and enhancementSkills in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, ETL processes, Azure Cloud Services, Postgres Database, Postman, and GitHub Pay Range and Compensation Package:$131,300 - $177,408 per year Benefits & Perks:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) matching and employee stock purchase plan Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
