Senior Conversational Experience Design Strategist
What You'll Do
- Partner with team leadership to shape agentic AI use cases aligned to brand, omnichannel, and lifecycle objectives.
- Translate business challenges into scalable agent architectures using our proprietary framework.
- Aid in conversational design, content audits, and content development.
- Collaborate closely with team engineers to define solution blueprints and success metrics.
- Ensure alignment with MLR, regulatory, privacy, and IT/security standards from inception.
- Serve as a team representative across the network and with clients.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations, workshops, and training.
- Advance responsible, compliant, and commercially viable AI adoption in pharma.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients and support new business efforts.
- Contribute to RFP responses, pitch strategy, and solution scoping.
- Position AI offerings as outcome-driven and measurable.
- Help evolve and productize our framework to drive scalable revenue growth.
- Oversee implementation in collaboration with engineering and platform teams.
- Define KPIs tied to engagement quality, operational efficiency, and business impact.
- Analyze performance and iterate on agent behavior, orchestration, and workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement across deployments.
- Support development of documentation and processes for compliance, risk mitigation, and data governance.
- Ensure ethical application of generative and agentic AI in regulated healthcare environments.
- Contribute to internal best practices and standards.
Qualifications
- 3-6+ years in digital strategy, AI solutions, innovation consulting, pharma marketing, or related fields.
- Exposure to conversational, generative, or agentic AI systems (strategic fluency required).
- Experience supporting pitches or business development efforts.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory environments preferred.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills.

Pay
$115,000 - $120,000
Work Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
