Senior Conversational Experience Design Strategist

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Senior Conversational Experience Design Strategist to join their team. This role focuses on work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery.

About the role

You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to shape AI strategies aligned to business objectives
• Translate challenges into scalable AI architectures
• Assist in conversational design and content development
• Define solution blueprints and success metrics with engineers
• Serve as a representative across networks to advocate for AI solutions
• Identify growth opportunities within existing clients
• Oversee implementation and optimize AI deployments

Requirements

• 3-6+ years in digital strategy, AI solutions, or innovation consulting
• Exposure to conversational or agentic AI systems
• Experience supporting pitches or business development
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory environments preferred
• Strong executive presence and excellent presentation skills

Pay

$115,000 – $120,000 annually
