Senior Controls Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop programs and tools to meet product and customer needs.
- Engage with Engineers on the key deployment strategy to get our products into the field.
- Aid in the development of tools and features used for customer system integration.
- Design troubleshooting trees for refrigeration systems and controls based on engineering applications.
- Independently develop controls strategies for refrigeration systems.
- Continuously improve testing sequences based on field service engineers and available use and warranty data.
- Collect, define, document, and apply customer requirements for controls strategy and integration.
- Make recommendations for controls programming alarm thresholds to improve the accuracy and usefulness of alarms for our customers.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or 7+ years of experience programming, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues with electrical and controls systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Refrigeration and HVAC fluid mechanics.
- Refrigeration Controls programming and deployment experience.
- Controls integration of different customer interfacing systems.
