Senior Controller - Gaming

Responsibilities

• Perform gaming audits that are complete and accurate; report any discrepancies in accordance with GCB Regulations, Station Casinos’ Internal Control System, and all departmental procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all Regulation 6 A requirements.
• Maintain the General Ledger.
• Balance revenue on a daily and monthly basis and perform account analysis.
• Provide timely and accurate information and reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Hire and supervise Accounting Controllers and Managers.
• Provide accurate and timely information and reports to the Corporate Director of Gaming Audit.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
• Review financial and statistical reports and balance sheet reconciliations for completeness and accuracy.
• Review all monthly journal entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of accounting or financial experience.
• Gaming and financial experience preferred.
