Senior Control Systems Engineer* (Hybrid - Eagan, MN)

Responsibilities
- Work in a multi-disciplinary engineering team to meet project milestones through:
- Control panel and hardware design
- Pneumatic system layout
- Electrical schematics and drawings
- Machine electrical distribution layout
- Software design (PLC/HMI)
- Safety control system design
- Create equipment specifications
- Comply with applicable safety standards and codes
- Equipment control system design, integration, and commissioning
- Support creation of equipment specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline (verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years of experience in machine control system design, build, and equipment commissioning in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline (verified prior to start)
- Five (5) years of experience in machine control system design, build, and equipment commissioning in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) years or more of experience in machine control system design, build, integration, and commissioning in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Experience using Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens industrial control systems and software
- Experience working with automation technologies, including servo motion and robotics
- Experience designing, integrating, and commissioning custom, design-build, or OEM equipment
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or aerospace
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support engineering, manufacturing, or project delivery activities
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Competitive compensation range of $106,000 - $145,750, including base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible
