You'll work directly with the Contracts Manager on everything from pre-award strategy through closeout.What You'll DoNegotiate and manage government and commercial contractsEnsure FAR/DFARS and export-control (ITAR/EAR) complianceSupport proposals, remove blockers to contract signature, and advise leadership on rights and obligationsDraft and review NDAs, customer agreements, and partnershipsRequirements4–6 years of contract management experience, with a government focusKnowledge of FFP, OTA, FAR, DFARS, and NFS contract typesExperience with ITAR/EAR export controlsStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to obtain a Top Secret clearanceUp to 10% travelNice to HaveActive TS/SCI clearanceBackground in spacecraft, satellite, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
