Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in contract management, procurement, and business administration, with senior leadership tenure
• Proven track record managing complex, high-risk, strategically important contracts (e.g., international contracting, large-scale strategic sourcing)
• 5+ years facilitating executive/stakeholder meetings; advanced ability to communicate complex concepts, risks, and trade-offs to diverse audiences
• Expertise overseeing full contract lifecycle: needs identification, drafting, negotiation, execution, administration, compliance, and closure
• Bachelor's degree required
• CFCM or CPCM certification (or equivalent current Agile/Scrum certification)
