Senior Contracts Negotiator/Corporate Counsel (Public Sector)

About the role

We are seeking a practical, business-oriented Senior Contracts Negotiator/Corporate Counsel (Public Sector) to join our Commercial Legal Team. In this role, you will lead complex, high-value outbound transactions and serve as a trusted advisor for our Public Sector business—spanning US State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) channels, as well as channel partners and resellers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Deals Desk, Finance, Professional Services, Security, and Product, to drive sales velocity, navigate unique public sector procurement regulations, and protect the organization’s interests—all in a fast-paced SaaS and cloud environments.
