Senior Contracts Manager
Job Purpose
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be a key player on our commercial contracts team, navigating complex legal landscapes to protect the company’s interests while enabling company growth.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities
Lead the review, redlining, and negotiation of customer and Sanmina agreements. Interface directly with the customer with regular alignment with the internal Sales teams to secure favorable terms.
Manage a fast-paced queue of business agreements, including MSAs, DSAs, and supply, purchasing and other business agreements, along with overseeing NDAs.
Partner with leadership to define "best-in-class" contract standards and minimum requirements, ensuring the business stays protected as it scales.
Act as a subject matter expert, educating Sales and operational personnel on contract standards, risk mitigation, and negotiation best practices.
Education and Experience
8–10 years of dedicated contracts management experience, specifically within a large OEM or Contract Manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications or legal background is a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to translate legal language into actionable business advice.
Salary Range
For roles located in New Jersey or Colorado, the salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills.
