Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and delivery of complex software systems and cyber solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical reports, and project plans.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to inform strategic decision-making and enhance product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.

Pay
