We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description: "OpenText is a global leader..." That's about company, but we can treat as About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions. So we need to extract: - About the role: maybe the description of role impact? The posting includes "YOUR IMPACT" and description of role. Could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". Let's parse. Content: OpenText - The Information Company OpenText is a global leader... (company description). Then "As a member of our team..." etc. Then "AI-First..." etc. Then "Join us." Then "As the Information Company..." etc. Then "YOUR IMPACT OpenText is seeking a commercial Sr. Contracts Manager to join our in-house legal team performing commercial transactional for an established but growing line of business. This is a diverse role that will require negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial technology agreements in support of various North American-region sales activity, including cloud services agreements, software licenses, and professional services. The role is also one of trusted Legal advisor supporting a growing and dynamic line of business, and working with cross-functional groups, researching novel product offerings, and handling escalations are also key components of this position. In this capacity the successful candidate is expected to perform analysis and provide guidance on company transactions as well as new go-to-market products, evaluate risk, update templates, create efficiencies, create and deliver training, and manage projects of benefit to the Legal team and department. Use of AI and the ability to support a business leaning heavily into this field is also an important part of this position." Then "What The Role Offers" list bullet points: Working effectively and pragmatically in a fast-paced environment; Managing multiple responsibilities while understanding the complexities of a multi-faceted business; Reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, extra credit for software & SaaS; Communicating complex matters clearly and solving problems practically; Building positive working relationships with teammates, subject matter experts, internal clients and clients; Providing high quality, practical support to business; Working with systems and processes; Triage and prioritization. Then "What You Need To Succeed" list: Interest in learning new technologies and business models; vision to create new templates and streamline processes; and willing to make recommendations and participate in the decision-making process.; Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.; Membership in at least one US state bar preferred.; Strong experience working in a legal department or a law firm handling commercial matters.; 4+ years previous experience conducting contract negotiations, preferably concerning technology.; Enthusiastic, hard-working, enjoy working in a team environment and confident working at a senior level with lawyers and other professional colleagues.; Experience doing business with regulated industries, and understanding or interest in data privacy/ data security a plus.; Solid “hands on” experience drafting, negotiating and providing guidance on a wide variety of agreements; particularly in software licensing, hosted/ cloud based product agreements, professional services contracts, and maintenance and support agreements.; Knowledge of working within the IT sector and assisting sales executives on commercial and sales transactions.; Work with GenAI systems, contracting, and regulation strongly preferred.; Background in contract support for a variety of business functions including sales, marketing, development and other internal clients.; Ability to advise management on risks across the business and strategies for mitigation.; Good judgment, integrity, and attention to detail, think creatively, act professionall (typo). Then "ONE LAST THING" about culture, values, etc. That's boilerplate maybe but includes values. Might be considered "About the company" but we can include as a short paragraph maybe under "About the role"? But we should avoid EEO boilerplate etc. The "ONE LAST THING" includes culture statements, not EEO. It's okay to keep as a paragraph maybe under "About the role" or separate section "Company Culture". But only allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could map: - About the role: company description + role impact? Could be. - Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What The Role Offers" (these are actually what the role offers? Actually they are responsibilities? The heading "What The Role Offers" maybe describes what you will do? It's more like responsibilities. We'll treat as Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe the list under "What You Need To Succeed" includes both qualifications and skills. We could split into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (specific abilities). But we can also just put all under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (combining qualifications and skills). Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present. Benefits: there is a mention of benefits package but no specifics; they say "A summary of those benefits can be found on our Why Join Us page." No concrete benefits listed, so we should not create Benefits section because no specific content. Pay: they have Salary Range: $116,200-174,200 ; plus note about variable etc. That's specific pay info, so we should include Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. The "ONE LAST THING" includes culture statements; is that substantive? It's about company values, could be part of About the role. We'll include that as part of About the role paragraph. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is "commercial Sr. Contracts Manager". We'll not use as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Variable and commission compensation opportunities may be available for eligible roles.

We need to ensure we used & for ampersand inside HTML. Also ensure no stray markdown. Check for any boilerplate left: We removed EEO statement, accommodation contact, AI usage disclosure, etc. Also removed "Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package..." because we didn't include Benefits section. We kept Pay section with salary range and note about variable/commission. The original also had "As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off." We included variable and commission mention but not vacation/PTO because that's benefits; we omitted as not specific. Could include variable and commission in Pay. Good. Check for duplication: none. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading: we didn't. Check that we didn't include Job ID/requisition numbers:
