Senior Contracts Manager
About the role
Everfox is a global leader in high-assurance cybersecurity, defending the world’s most critical data and networks for governments and enterprises across more than 20 countries for over 25 years. We are looking for a Contracts Manager who will serve as a trusted business partner, negotiating and managing the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts that power our mission. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for an experienced contracts professional who thrives at the intersection of national security and commercial innovation and wants to help scale a $500M cybersecurity company toward $1B in revenue. Location: This role supports customers primarily in the Washington, DC metro area. Limited travel to customer sites in the DC metro area and potentially other Everfox locations.
Responsibilities
- Own the negotiation, structuring and administration of contracts across Everfox’s government and commercial solutions, including agreements with U.S. federal agencies
