Senior Contracts Manager
About the role
The Senior Contracts Manager partners with the Legal team and business stakeholders to provide sophisticated contract review, drafting, negotiation, administration, and process support. This role manages a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, with an emphasis on SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, professional services, implementation services, data privacy, and technology transactions. The role works independently within approved contracting guidelines and escalates matters requiring legal judgment or approval.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex commercial agreements in alignment with company policies, business objectives, and approved contracting standards.
- Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, partners, and their procurement, legal, privacy, information security, and executive stakeholders.
- Advise Sales, Consulting Services, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders on contract structure, obligations, risks, fallback positions, and negotiation strategy.
