We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: Overview About PowerSchool, Team Overview, Description, etc? Actually we need to extract content and place under appropriate headings. We need sections: About the role (maybe overview of role), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. From posting: - Overview About PowerSchool: mission etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe a brief description of role. Could use the first paragraph after "Description Responsibilities"? Let's parse. The posting includes: Overview About PowerSchool (company description) Team Overview (Legal team) Description Responsibilities (the role description) What You’ll Do (list of duties) Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications) What Success Looks Like (maybe skills? but could be part of Qualifications) Why Join PowerSchool Legal (maybe benefits? but we have separate Benefits) Compensation & Benefits (benefits list and pay range) EEO Commitment (boilerplate to remove) We need to map to headings. About the role: maybe combine Overview About PowerSchool and Team Overview? But that's about company, not role. However we can put a short description of role: "The Commercial Legal team manages the full lifecycle of PowerSchool’s commercial agreements..." etc. That is under Description Responsibilities. Could be About the role. Responsibilities: list from "What You’ll Do" bullet points. Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications? Or Requirements could be same as Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide distribution. We have Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could put Minimum under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications? Or combine. Skills: maybe from "What Success Looks Like" or abilities listed. Benefits: list from Compensation & Benefits. Pay: compensation range. Schedule: ability to come into office 3 designated days a week (Tue-Wed-Thu). That's schedule. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title. We must not include boilerplate like EEO Commitment. We must preserve all substantive info. Thus produce HTML:

About the role

... description of role and team.

Responsibilities

  • ... each duty.

Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration, preferably with a privately held company, publicly traded company, and/or top law firm. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; additional experience may be substituted for an advanced degree.

Maybe also include ability to identify basic data privacy and information security issues etc. But those are under Qualifications. Better to put Requirements as the minimum qualifications, and Qualifications as preferred qualifications plus other skills. But we also have Skills heading. Let's decide: - About the role: short paragraph summarizing role and team. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You’ll Do". - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (6+ years, degree, ability to draft/complex agreements, etc.) - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (government entities, SLAs, AI, data privacy laws, IP, integration post-acquisition, CLM tools, law/paralegal degree). - Skills: maybe from "What Success Looks Like" and abilities like analytical, communication, organizational, stakeholder management, risk identification, etc. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: compensation range. - Schedule: office days. We must not invent content; must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all details from the posting. Let's extract all substantive info: Company overview: "At PowerSchool, we power education for students around the world. As the global leader in cloud-based K-12 software, we support the full education ecosystem—from the central office to the classroom to the home. Joining PowerSchool means being part of a mission-driven team that is transforming K-12 education by helping schools operate more effectively and deliver better outcomes for educators, students, and families." Team Overview: "Our Legal team serves as proactive advisors and business partners, enabling effective legal and operational solutions in support of PowerSchool's vision. This includes providing advice on company strategies and implementation, supporting complex business transactions, and negotiating critical contracts." Description Responsibilities: "The Commercial Legal team manages the full lifecycle of PowerSchool’s commercial agreements, supporting transactions with customers, vendors, and partners while enabling the business to move efficiently and responsibly manage risk. This role sits at the intersection of commercial contracting, revenue generation, and business enablement. As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting high-impact business relationships while helping strengthen PowerSchool’s approach to contracting, compliance, and risk management. EEO Commitment (remove). Now we need to map to headings. About the role: Could combine company overview + team overview + description responsibilities? But that may be too much. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can put company overview and team overview under About the role. Then Responsibilities separate. But About the role heading should not be just company overview; it's okay to include role description. Let's do:

That covers a lot. Then Responsibilities: list from What You’ll Do. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (maybe also include ability to come into office 3 days? That's schedule though). We
