Senior Contract Product Manager (contract)

Primary Scope Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and SparkKafka topics, events, schemas, and streamingAPIs, governance, quality, lineage, security, analytics, and AI Key Responsibilities Define vision, roadmap, consumers, SLAs, adoption, and value measures.Establish ownership, governance, data contracts, quality, and lifecycle models.Prioritize Databricks, Kafka, API, and domain investments.Align business, engineering, architecture, governance, security, analytics, AI, and operations. Expected Deliverables and Outcomes Enterprise data roadmap and governance model.Databricks, Kafka, API, analytics, and AI enablement plan. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of product management, transformation, or related experience.Experience owning strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.Experience leading cross-functional business, operations, technology, data, and vendor work.Strong Agile delivery, analytical, decision-making, and executive communication skills.7+ years of product or data-platform leadership.Working knowledge of Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, Kafka topics, event architecture, APIs, and governance. Preferred Healthcare payer and Medicare or Medicaid experience.Enterprise modernization or platform replacement experience.Relevant product, Agile, or project certification.Azure, Kafka Connect, schema governance, data mesh, MDM, lineage, or healthcare data products.
