Senior Contract Analyst - Hybrid
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Trade Relations Team. You will support a group that helps reduce the costs of goods for our clients and makes pharmaceuticals more accessible. Your responsibilities include generating, redlining, and preparing contract documents for signature as part of CVS Caremark’s negotiated Rebate agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will also track document status and prioritize documents based on various considerations.
Responsibilities
- Generate, redline, and prepare contract documents for signature as part of CVS Caremark’s negotiated Rebate agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Track document status and prioritize documents based on multiple considerations.
- Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to finalize contract documents.
- Avoid inaccuracies and ensure compliance with CVS Caremark’s business strategies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of contracting experience
- 3+ years of contract redlining and comparison experience, expert level
- Proficient in Excel
Qualifications
- 4-6 years work experience in contracting space or health insurance
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) knowledge preferred
- 4+ pharmaceutical manufacturer, or relevant healthcare experience
Skills
Experience with contract support and document redlining in Microsoft Word, as well as familiarity with the pharmacy benefit management space. Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and strong integrity are essential.
Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $46,988.00 - $112,200.00. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
