We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like University Overview? Actually University Overview is part of posting but not required? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to include University Overview? It's not a section heading but it's content. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should structure content under those headings if applicable. The University Overview could go under "About the role" maybe? Actually "About the role" is a typical heading. The posting includes "About OGC" and "Background". That could be considered "About the role". We'll put that under About the role. Responsibilities: list from "Job Responsibilities". Use
  • . Requirements: maybe "Qualifications" section includes education/experience. The posting has "Qualifications" with bullet-like sentences. We'll treat that as Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide which to use. The posting has a "Qualifications" section. We could map that to Qualifications heading. Requirements could be empty; we should not emit empty heading. So we will include Qualifications only. Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; but there are skill mentions inside Qualifications. Could we create Skills section? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we already have Qualifications covering skills, we may not need separate Skills. But we could extract skills like technical skills, database experience, teamwork, communication, etc. However that might be thin. Better to keep Qualifications. Benefits: there is a "University Benefits" section with details. So include Benefits. Pay: there is "Pay Range $77,330.00 - $98,500.00 Annual Rate". So include Pay. Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info. So omit Schedule. Also include maybe "Job Location - City, State" etc. That could be placed under About the role or a separate short p. We'll include location in About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Statement, Special Requirements, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information: need to keep the details from University Overview, About OGC, Background, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

for Senior Contract Administrator. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:
