Responsibilities

• Lead complex Lean and Six Sigma problem-solving initiatives to improve performance and eliminate waste across one or multiple plants.
• Build Operational Excellence capability through coaching, training, and hands-on application of Lean principles (5S, VSM, Hoshin, scrap/WIP reduction).
• Translate business objectives into actionable improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional opportunities.
• Lead Gemba activities — Muda hunting, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions.
• Drive measurable results in productivity, quality, lead time, and inventory while building autonomous CI capability within teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Production/Manufacturing, Mechanical/Process/Industrial Engineering experience.
• Experience managing Lean workshops across multiple or large sites.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills.
• Hands-on experience with 5S, Standard Work, SMED, TPM, VSM, and Pull Flow/Kanban.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ) a plus.
