Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with company goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of continuous improvement efforts with organizational objectives.
- Monitor progress against improvement targets and report results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement roles, preferably within the aerospace industry.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
