Senior Content Strategy & Operations Manager
About the role
This Sr. Content Strategy & Operations Manager role sits within the EvolutionIQ Product Marketing organization, focused on building and owning the systems that make exceptional content repeatable. In this role, you will design the editorial calendar, workflows, taxonomy, and governance that make high-quality content predictable and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Build the content operating model. You will design the editorial calendar, workflows, taxonomy, and governance that make high-quality content predictable and scalable.
- Develop the content that drives adoption and awareness. You'll create playbooks, guides, and thought leadership that helps our customers navigate the operational and cultural friction of change management.
- Own the website as a validation asset. You will drive the information architecture, page content, and ongoing optimization to ensure the site reflects a company managing the industry's most critical claims data — specific, credible, and built for enterprise buyers doing their due diligence.
- Define how performance gets measured and acted on. You will establish the reporting infrastructure that tells us what content is working, what isn't, and where to invest next.
- Set and defend the editorial standard. You'll systematize how EIQ tells customer stories, transforming complex technical wins into executive-caliber case studies and outcome narratives that sales and CS teams use to close and expand.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in content marketing, content strategy, or content operations with demonstrable experience owning systems required.
- A track record of building or significantly improving content infrastructure in an enterprise B2B environment: editorial processes, content taxonomies, performance reporting, or similar.
- Hands-on ownership of a company website as a content and brand asset, including IA, CMS, and ongoing optimization in collaboration with design and dev.
- Analytical fluency. You're comfortable in the data, can build a dashboard, and can translate performance signals into strategic recommendations.
- Strong editorial judgment. You write well and edit to a high standard — but your instinct is to build systems that scale quality, not to personally produce everything.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and lean scaffolding. You define the work, set the structure, and move without waiting to be told.
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Experience in complex, regulated industries - insurance, insurtech, healthcare, legal, banking.
- Background marketing AI or ML products to non-technical buyers.
- Familiarity with SEO & AEO best practices.
- Experience inside a company transitioning from startup-feel to enterprise-grade — you've helped a brand level up how it presents itself.
