About the role

This role plays a critical role in shaping Amazon's gaming content strategy and driving business growth through the management of the Luna content roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Source new titles and opportunities for Amazon Luna based on customer relevance, strategy alignment, and business impact.
  • Evaluate and manage the intake of new opportunities, including 1P, 2P, and 3P publishing, to identify innovative games that fuel Luna's platform growth.
  • Build and manage an optimal Luna content portfolio with a balanced mix of genres, game sizes, audience tastes, and regional relevance.
  • Analyze audience insights and performance data to shape content decisions and prioritize new additions and renewals based on business impact and financial forecast models.
  • Collaborate with Amazon internal game studios to influence slate creation, scheduling, and IP franchise management.
  • Manage, monitor, and share the launch calendar to balance launch timing, catalog size/duration, and stakeholder readiness.
  • Work with operations, studios, and business development stakeholders to maintain a consistent rhythm of business.
  • Analyze performance using success frameworks and KPIs to assess portfolio performance and share updates regularly.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute subscription-focused initiatives such as negotiating licensing deals, aligning content launches with marketing campaigns, or expanding new products.

Requirements

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 6+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing content for gaming platforms, gaming subscriptions, or other consumer subscriptions that are content-based.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the Games Industry (supporting title development, release, or live ops).
  • Experience leading and influencing teams.

Skills

  • Data analysis and evaluation skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of financial forecasting and ROI analysis.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $125,400.00 - $169,600.00 USD annually.
