Accountabilities

The Senior Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive content strategy that supports business objectives, strengthens brand authority, and contributes directly to pipeline generation. This role requires ownership of content planning, execution, collaboration, and optimization across multiple channels. Own the end-to-end content calendar, including quarterly editorial planning, prioritization, and delivery timelines.

Develop, publish, and optimize high-quality content assets at scale, including blogs, ebooks, infographics, videos, presentations, and other marketing materials.

Partner with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging digital assets for demand generation campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, and events.

Conduct market research, audience analysis, and data-driven investigations to create valuable and relevant content.

Define and execute thought leadership strategies that position the organization as an industry authority.

Build and refine audience personas, research topics, and content themes based on customer needs and market insights.

Manage external content resources, including freelancers and agencies, when needed, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are maintained.

Support SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) initiatives to increase organic visibility and content performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced content marketing professional with a strong background in B2B technology environments. They should be an exceptional communicator who can combine creativity, strategic planning, and execution skills to deliver measurable business impact.

5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within a US-based B2B SaaS or technology company.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to create content across multiple formats and channels.

Experience developing content strategies that support demand generation, sales enablement, and revenue growth.

Strong understanding of SEO principles, audience research, and content performance measurement.

Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ownership mentality.

Prior proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a stable 50+ Mbps internet connection.
