About the role
The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and reduce costs.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and preferences for benefits offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze benefits data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate benefits strategies and plans effectively to employees and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Experience with benefits software and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
