About the role

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs. This role is remote but includes a hybrid and travel-based delivery model.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-scale transformation programs using proven change methodologies to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and client executives.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, workforce transition, training strategies, and organizational readiness.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to support effective adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Partner with client executives and project teams to integrate change management activities into program delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate change risks and adoption challenges.
  • Apply structured OCM methodologies and digital adoption tools.
  • Coach and guide project teams through the change lifecycle.
  • Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and consulting solution development.
  • Demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead through Personal, Organizational, and Business Leadership.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale, enterprise transformation programs.
  • Proven experience operating at a program leadership level, overseeing multiple workstreams and driving strategic outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, communications strategy, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.
  • Extensive experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption strategies at scale.
  • Strong client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex organizations.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting M&A integration or future-state operating model design.
  • Experience working in matrixed environments on global programs.
  • Experience creating OCM frameworks or assets.
  • Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and communication strategy.
  • Strong experience in executive-level consulting and client-facing roles.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
