About the role
Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs. This role involves using proven change methodologies to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, workforce transition, training strategies, and organizational readiness.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to support effective adoption of new systems and processes.
- Partner with client executives and project teams to integrate change management activities into program delivery.
- Identify and mitigate change risks and adoption challenges.
- Apply structured OCM methodologies and digital adoption tools.
- Coach and guide project teams through the change lifecycle.
- Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and consulting solution development.
- Demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead through Personal, Organizational, and Business Leadership.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale, enterprise transformation programs.
- Proven experience operating at a program leadership level, overseeing multiple workstreams and driving strategic outcomes.
- Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, communications strategy, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.
- Extensive experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption strategies at scale.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting M&A integration or future-state operating model design.
- Experience working in matrixed environments on global programs.
- Experience creating OCM frameworks or assets.
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
Benefits
- Total compensation range: $98,853 - $152,750 per year.

Schedule
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client office in Dallas, TX. The working arrangements may change based on the project and business requirements.
