We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro about Morgan Stanley at Work (description). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Morgan Stanley at Work". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections exist. We have content: - "What you’ll be part of – our Morgan Stanley at Work culture:" This is about culture, could be "About the role" or "About Morgan Stanley at Work". Probably "About the role" is appropriate. - Then "U.S. Public Equity Solutions" description: maybe part of role description. - Then "Financial Reporting Solutions - Senior Consulting Manager Role" description. - Then "The Financial Reporting Solutions - Senior Consulting Manager Responsibilities" list. - Then "Qualifications" list. - Then later "What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley" includes description of company, values, benefits, perks, etc. Also includes pay info: "New York only: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 to $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment." So we have Pay section. - Benefits: The paragraph mentions "offering some of the most attractive and comprehensive employee benefits and perks in the industry." Not specific list. Might be too vague; we should only include Benefits section if posting actually states them. It mentions "benefits and perks" but not specific. Might be considered not specific enough. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits exist but not list them. Might be considered stating them generally. However we need to decide if we include Benefits heading with content like "Morgan Stanley offers attractive and comprehensive employee benefits and perks." That is substantive? It's a statement but not a list. Could be okay. But we might avoid if it's too generic. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we include Benefits with that sentence. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. - Skills: Could be derived from qualifications but we have Qualifications section; maybe we separate Skills? The instruction list includes Skills as possible heading. But we have Qualifications already covering many skill requirements. Could combine. Probably we keep Qualifications and maybe Skills not needed. - Responsibilities: we have list. - Requirements: maybe we have Qualifications; but we could also have Requirements separate. The posting has "Qualifications" heading. We'll treat that as Qualifications. - About the role: we have introductory paragraphs. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits (maybe). Also maybe "About Morgan Stanley at Work" but we follow instruction. We need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting that are substantive, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to identify and remove: - "While we thank all applicants for their interest, please note that only those individuals selected for an interview will be contacted" (application instruction) -> remove. - "Morgan Stanley is an equal opportunity employer committed to building and maintaining a workforce that is diverse in experience and background..." etc. That's EEO boilerplate -> remove. - "To learn more about our offices across the globe, please copy and paste https://www.morganstanley.com/about-us/global-offices into your browser." That's navigation/instruction -> remove. - "For more information, please visit: https://www.morganstanley.com/people-opportunities/eeo." -> remove. - Also maybe "What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley" includes some boilerplate but we keep substantive parts: values, benefits, perks, pay. - Also "Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren’t just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries." This is substantive about company values; we can keep. - Also "At Morgan Stanley, you’ll find an opportunity to work alongside the best and the brightest, in an environment where you are supported and empowered. Our teams are relentless collaborators and creative thinkers, fueled by their diverse backgrounds and experiences." Keep. - Also "We are proud to support our employees and their families at every point along their work-life journey, offering some of the most attractive and comprehensive employee benefits and perks in the industry." Keep as benefits. - Also "There’s also ample opportunity to move about the business for those who show passion and grit in their work." Keep. - Also "New York only: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 to $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs." Keep as Pay. Now we need to extract responsibilities list: From posting: "The Financial Reporting Solutions - Senior Consulting Manager Responsibilities Provides a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our financial reporting value proposition to prospective and/or existing clients Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key business decision makers Develops key industry contacts that will assist in building effective relationships and support the close of sales or strengthen existing client relationships Helps identify services to meet client needs, define methodologies and best practices to deliver those services, and participate in industry events as a subject matter expert Identifies and document FAQs and solutions for financial reporting topics and best practices Creates materials and conduct internal training to expand Shareworks and EEO financial reporting knowledge Assists with external documentation and training efforts to enhance client’s reporting experience Researches, reconciles and resolves reporting issues submitted by clients" We need to preserve each line as list items. Qualifications list: "Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field is required, with a Master’s degree as a plus 7+ years of combined experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, FP&A and/or equity compensation Experience in customer service and/or a client-facing role with a strong aptitude for understanding and responding to client needs with innovative solutions based on knowledge of businesses, products, services and external factors (e.g., regulatory, economic, and industry trends) Effective in training and developing other team members in complex reporting solutions Proven technical, client engagement, and project leadership skills Keen focus on client satisfaction, striving to meet and exceed the expectations of clients while building strong relationships and developing guidelines to improve client interactions Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task across multiple assignments Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a variety of client settings, articulately answering client questions and requests Strong leadership skills, supporting other consultants by leading by example and creating an inclusive team environment Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Ability to proactively identify potential risks and issues along with solutions, independently engaging resources to problem solve Displays a continuous improvement approach and encourages others to do the same Self-directed and results oriented by setting clear and realistic goals to address client needs and exceed service delivery expectations Strong technical understanding of equity compensation (ASC 718) accounting and reporting requirements Knowledgeable about equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts, both domestic and international in scope Strong teamwork skills with the ability to problem solve, learn quickly, share knowledge, and adapt to changing priorities Enthusiastic and creative individual who is comfortable with rapidly engaging in new client environments and seeking new and more effective methods to communicate with clients Knowledgeable on Shareworks, Equity Edge Online and/or other stock plan administration systems Experienced with complex share and expense reconciliations and analysis of differences Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% CPA preferred" We need to keep all.
