About the role
The Senior Consulting Analyst of Consulting and Service Delivery is a valued member of the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), reporting to the Senior Manager of Consulting and Service Delivery. This role independently manages defined workstreams and serves as a critical analytical and project management partner to Internal Consultants and project sponsors across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage defined workstreams and provide analytical support to Internal Consultants and project sponsors.
- Contribute to the success of enterprise-level initiatives by applying sound judgment and developing actionable insights.
- Engage stakeholders, lead workstreams, and produce polished deliverables with limited direction.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including front-line teams and executive leadership, to advance consulting and service delivery work across MUSC Health.
- Support the growth and development of team members by contributing to their professional growth and success.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), Data Analytics, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, data analytics, project management, or a related discipline.
- Experience within an academic medical center or large, integrated health system is preferred.
Skills
- Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or equivalent) within 1 year of hire.
- Preferred certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and AI certifications in healthcare AI applications, AI strategy, or equivalent.
- Experience with AI agent development or intelligent automation platforms.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
- Experience with enterprise project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data management best practices.
