Senior Consultant Transaction Advisory

About the role

Our client is a national advisory business consulting with their clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. The Senior Associate will work with clients conducting financial advisory due diligence in buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Responsibilities

• Review target company financial information and other data to identify: historical and projected financial, operating, and commercial trends, qualified earnings adjustments, working capital and debt needs, underlying risks that make an impact on valuation negotiations
• Perform pre- and post-acquisition due diligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred
• Certification - CPA, CFA, ABV, CVA
• 3+ years relevant experience
• Highly analytical and technical
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written

Pay

$95,000 to $110,000 plus bonus
