Senior Consultant - Technology Transformation Advisory

For our client, a leader in the Energy & Utilities space, we are seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Technology Transformation Advisory team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in digital transformation and technology modernization
• Conduct workshops and interviews to assess current challenges
• Analyze business and technology data for actionable recommendations
• Create executive-ready deliverables like roadmaps and business cases
• Convert business priorities into transformation initiatives
• Structure and present complex client challenges
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of consulting or technology transformation experience
• Experience in digital transformation, cloud strategy, or technology modernization
• Strong understanding of cloud, data, and AI platforms
• Proficient in creating executive-level deliverables
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workstreams
• Willingness to travel for client engagements

Pay

$117,500 – $166,300 annually
