Senior Consultant - Technical Project Manager
This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Seattle Metropolitan Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Seattle office up to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery technology projects across industries, ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom’s delivery standards.
- Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Manage project execution, including resource coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models depending on client context and project needs.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques (e.g., generative AI for documentation, predictive analytics for risk and timeline forecasting, automation for reporting) to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
- Support business development efforts through scoping, estimation, and proposal contributions.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in project management in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Proven success delivering technology solutions across diverse industries with strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and project governance - Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI-enabled tools to streamline delivery workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Pay
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:
- Consultant: $110,000 to $120,000
- Senior Consultant: $120,000 to $153,000
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
