About the role
The Strategy & Transactions practice at Baringa is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to join a dynamic and growing team focused on deal advisory and growth strategy in the Energy, Utilities, and Renewable Infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Supporting corporate and private equity clients with market entry strategy/analysis, identifying investment themes and potential targets
- Leading buy and sell-side commercial due diligence
- Coaching colleagues on strategy and transactions best-practice
- Helping to develop new client relationships and manage and enhance existing relationships
Requirements
- Strategy & Transactions advisory experience—CDD, VCDD, Growth, Market Entry
- Experience working on and leading energy focused projects, and demonstrated understanding of the energy value chain
- Ability to build relationships with clients, both throughout project work, and through business development activity
- Genuine interest in helping coach and develop junior members of the team
- Desire to be involved in a fast-growing business, with the opportunity to shape the team’s future development
Qualifications
- 4+ years (Manager 6+ years) in a consulting or industry role, with experience in Strategy & Transactions initiatives

Benefits
- Salary range: $126,000 - $192,500
