We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company, purpose, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (description of role), "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We must include only sections with real specific content. Let's parse. Content: - Intro: "This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 24-Sep-2026. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants." This is metadata; we can fold into a short

maybe. - Then: "Join a financial services firm where your contributions are valued. Edward Jones is a Fortune 500¹ company where people come first. With over 9 million clients and 20,000 financial advisors across the U.S. and Canada, we’re proud to be privately-owned, placing the focus on our clients rather than shareholder returns. Behind everything we do is our purpose: We partner for positive impact to improve the lives of our clients and colleagues, and together, better our communities and society. We are an innovative, flexible, and inclusive organization that attracts, develops, and inspires performance excellence and a sense of belonging. People are at the center of our partnership. Edward Jones associates are seen, heard, respected, and supported. This is what we believe makes us the best place to start or build your career. View our Purpose, Inclusion and Citizenship Report. ¹Fortune 500, published June 2024, data as of December 2023. Compensation provided for using, not obtaining, the rating." That's about the company; could be "About the role" or "About Edward Jones". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and include description of role and maybe company overview. But we also have a description of the role: "Edward Jones is seeking a highly skilled individual to serve as a Senior Consultant within a newly created Strategic Advisory team. This individual will be a key member of an advisory pod that will work with Enterprise and Business Segment Leaders to help advise and evaluate strategies for high-impact enterprise undertakings and growth initiatives. This role will support these strategic efforts, facilitate decision making exercises and strategy workshops, develop options and recommendations, and conduct scenario analysis." Then "What you will do..." bullet list (actually lines). Then "What You Will Need" bullet list (requirements). Then location expectation: "Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ, St. Louis, MO home office locations, and/or that work within a Talent Capability and Generations Hub are expected to work in the office four days per week." That's schedule info (office 4 days per week). Also "Any changes in strategic direction will be determined by the General Partner responsible for the business segment." Not needed. Then benefits: "At Edward Jones, we are building a place where everyone feels like they belong. We're proud of our associates' contributions to the firm and the recognitions we have received. Check out our U.S. awards and accolades: Insights & Information Blog Postings about Edward Jones Check out our Canadian awards and accolades: Insights & Information Blog Postings about Edward Jones Edward Jones does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, pregnancy, veteran status, genetic information or any other basis prohibited by applicable law. Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. For more information on the Benefits available to Edward Jones associates, please visit our benefits page." Then salary ranges: "Salary range for candidates located in St. Louis, MO Hiring Minimum: $120,000.00 Hiring Maximum: $204,300.00 Salary range for candidates located in New York, New York Hiring Minimum: $153,120.00 Hiring Maximum: $260,687.00" Thus we have: - About the role: could include company overview and role description. - Responsibilities: the "What you will do..." list. - Requirements/Qualifications: "What You Will Need" list. - Skills: maybe not separate; we could combine with Requirements. - Benefits: the benefits paragraph. - Pay: salary ranges. - Schedule: office 4 days per week expectation. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc? Actually we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO statement is boilerplate; we should remove it. Also the "Check out our U.S. awards..." lines maybe not needed? They are not substantive? Might be considered fluff. But we can keep them as part of "About the role"? However they are not essential; but instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The awards lines are not substantive? They are maybe not needed but they are part of posting. However they are not essential to role; but we could keep them under "About the role" as they are about the firm. However they are somewhat promotional; but we can keep. We must not include duplicated lines. There's duplication of "Check out our U.S. awards and accolades: Insights & Information Blog Postings about Edward Jones" appears twice (US and Canada). We can keep one? Might be considered duplicated; we should remove duplicate lines. So we can keep a single line referencing awards. We must not include application instructions (none present). Good. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
